3 Age & Eligibility

• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If the player voluntarily requests account closure.

To close your account yourself

If you'd like to take a voluntary break from 1 xbit, contact our support team. Through self-exclusion, you can have your account access suspended for a set period. During this time, no promotional emails or notifications will be sent to you.

9 Responsible Gaming
